Day 3 - How to Engage With A Dissatisfied Customer: "Offer Possibilities."

When you offer up a possibility to someone, it automatically shows a sign of hope and positive energy towards something. Instead of shutting it down, you open something up. Instead of saying “no, that can’t happen” reword with, “allow me to explore what’s possible.”
