I started my career as a frontline worker and I will never forget how it feels to be there. I saw a need to create a company that helps teams improve their customer experience while ensuring the ones delivering it feel deeply cared for. The WHY behind it all is to be awesome for people, so that they are inspired to flourish in their job, lead & serve with heart and prosper in life.

Hello, I’m Jeffrey.

With over 20 years of working in diverse customer centric industries, I have been providing customer experiences since my first job at a movie theatre, outside of Cleveland, Ohio. I studied and worked in New York City for 13 years as a professional stage actor, performing in Broadway musicals and plays. During my time offstage, I cultivated a career that I adore, specializing in hospitality, employee training and human resources. Mentored and educated by leading experts in the customer service industry, I am fortunate to have had my foundation and training come from my tenure as a cast member with the Disney Corporation .

I enjoyed a fruitful decade of working and opening luxury hotels throughout the United States and Canada. Garnering experience front office management, sales and human resources, I found my calling in learning and development. During that time, I trained the teams of both Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver and Toronto to achieve the prestigious AAA Five Diamond award. I also was a key player in supporting the team of the (former) Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver in becoming the first hotel in Canadian history to achieve a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star rating within the first year of operation.

I am honoured to have had a position on the undergraduate program advisory committee with University Canada West. I have been a guest lecturer at various postsecondary education institutions including Capilano University, Tamwood International College and Fairleigh Dickinson University. I also partner with Acsenda School of Management and Sauder School of Business, where I serve as a career mentor and advisor to its masters students.


My unique methodology and presentation style has inspired teams to enhance their customer experience while seeing growth in conversion, employee engagement and customer satisfaction. As a professionally trained actor/singer, you might even hear me incorporating some Shakespeare or a tune to keep things lively and fun.

I make my home in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, with my wife, daughter and Goldendoodle.
